Booking Terms
- Course registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Your spot is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation email.
- Course materials will be provided via email before the start date.
- Live sessions will be held via secure online meeting platforms.
- A stable internet connection is required for optimal experience.
- Course participation is non-transferable without prior approval.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the course starts.
- To cancel, simply reply to your confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- If you miss more than two consecutive sessions, your spot may be given to waitlisted participants.
- In case of unexpected circumstances, we may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If a course is cancelled by Deepline, all registered participants will be offered priority booking for the next available session.
